Mr Sanjay Patel, popularly known as Mukesh Bhai by one and all. At his very young age he had a vision to be a developer in the different sphere of infrastructure industry so it be like Residential, Commercial or Industrial. To fulfil his vision, in the year 1999 he has established a Commercial & Industrial Real Estate company named Mascot Infrastructure. Hence, Mr Sanjay Patel is also known to be the founder of Mascot Infrastructure.His journey starts with the residential project in Kadi. Presently the Mascot has more than 2500 satisfied clients in Kadi which proves that Mascot is a name to be trusted and reckoned with.On successful accomplishment into residential project, Mr. Patel planned to deliver a world class Industrial Park. To plan for a such a project, he personally visited different first world countries to understand and deliver the best. The first ever Mascot Industrial Park in Kadi was spread over 3,50,000 Square Meter of land. The core vision of this project was to give an infrastructure of its class with Plug and Play facilities with all necessary Government approvals. Unlike the competition in this field, Mr. Patel did not keep the world class features and amenities limited to glossy broachers and websites. The same is delivered on grounds exactly in the scale of what he committed to the client.
His effective though commercial approach towards Government offices is very impeccable. Mascot was the only industrial park during the pandemic situation, early in the month of April 2020, who and its client got permission from Govt of Gujarat to re-start the functioning of the companies which substantiate his professional influence and his reputation.Under his able guidance, Mascot has generated indigenous capabilities for PEB, Civil Construction, Architecture and Interiors, Infrastructure Utilities and Legal team for a seamless project execution and smooth experience for Industrial set-ups. In over two decades of his journey, Team Mascot have designed, built & delivered more than 30-35 projects for large corporates / MNC’s pioneering in various sectors like Renewable Energy, Engineering, Automobiles, E-commerce, Food & Pharma, Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehousing. Mr. Patel announced his flagship project to be built at Kadi in Vibrant Gujarat 2015 Investment Summit and have delivered more than 2 million sq.ft. of Grade A Industrial & Warehousing space, spread across 75 Acres to client’s from various nationalities offering plug & play infrastructure and built-to-suit industrial facilities.Presently The Mascot Industrial Park replicating the same by developing 5 state of the art Industrial & Logistics parks across Gujarat in preferred Industrial & Logistic locations of Sanand, Kheda, Halol-Vadodara, Bhayala & Surat and are exploring opportunities pan India. For his proficient approach renowned companies like Amazon, Voltas Beko, First Cry, Hellman (associated with Ford) etc is proud to be a happy client of Mascot Infrastructure. After this pandemic, when everyone was preparing to re-start afresh, Mascot was way ahead to be accustomed with the New Normal to deliver as promised under his headship. Currently, a total amount of around 1.5 million square feet work is undertaken by Mascot Infrastructure which is way ahead of any developer. His leadership ability helped to build “Team Mascot” which is not only professional but always ready to undertake any hardship under his able guidance.
